it depends what kind of layout you like. sometimes its complicated. im not that good also its hard to learn them specially scripted layouts ouch! hard! :)

i think rhea is correct…
it depends on what type of layouts we want to design…. as far as i know.. there is no certain tips to design actually…. but we walk through on basics for designing a normal layout…
maybe from there, you can learn to design a good one…

yes you can be a contributor to just submit your layout design to the webmaster and the webmaster will do the rest :) glad to welcome you to the family
